Where are they made?

All our goods are hand knitted in Kastamonu, Turkey by mamas of our beloved village Daday.

What do we mean by ‘one off’ ?

We plan to stick to one rule while designing Kazak Woolies.
Given the chance that we have endless color and pattern options, our jumpers will always be unique to the person who purchases them.

How can I stay updated on new arrivals?

We announce our new arrivals on our Instagram page. Follow us to stay informed about the latest hand-knitted designs and special releases.

What materials do you use for your woolies?

We use 100% pure wool for all our garments. Each piece is hand-knitted with care, ensuring top-notch quality and a cozy feel.

How long does one jumper takes to finish?

The answer to this questions changes from jumper to jumper. But it takes approximately 3 to 6 days to finish a jumper.

How do I care for my wool jumper?

To maintain the quality of your jumper, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild wool detergent. Lay flat to dry and avoid wringing or twisting the garment to prevent stretching.

How do I choose the right size?

Do you offer custom sizes or designs?

We offer only one size for each jumper, and due to the hand-knitting process, each jumper has its unique character. Custom designs are possible depending on our workload. Please contact us at info@kazakwoolies.com for more details.
 
Can I return or exchange my jumper?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Check out returns conditions. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about your purchase.
